You don't need to be the fastest walker or the most seasoned Bible study leader. You just need to show up, week after week, and hold the door open for other women.
“It's really the sweetest group of ladies. We chat about our lives and pray at the end. It's so beautiful to literally be walking it out daily with these women.”
Tell us about your city, your church community and the days and times you can commit to walking.
We'll pair you with an existing chapter lead to learn how a walk flows, from meet-up to closing prayer.
Choose a safe, well-lit route and a standing day and time. We add your chapter to this site.
Every chapter starts small. Three women walking faithfully every week becomes thirty.
Tell us about yourself, your city and your heart for this community. We'll be in touch soon.
Anyone can start a walking group. Here's what starting one through Jesus Walkers gives you that going it alone doesn't:
The format is already proven: Faith, Friends, Fitness, and a simple walk-and-pray rhythm that works.
Women trust something bigger than one person inviting them out. You're stepping into something real, not asking strangers to take a leap on you alone.
You'll have onboarding, support, and a network of other chapter leaders walking the same road.
Not just a group in your neighborhood, but part of a growing family of women across cities, walking for the same reason.
Because every leader is asked to show real consistency and faith first, the women who join already know what they're walking into: safe, judgment-free, and centered on Jesus.
Leading a Jesus Walkers chapter is a calling, not just a role. Before starting a new chapter, we ask that you:
You've been a regular, faithful presence at an existing Jesus Walkers chapter, showing you live out what you're asking others to commit to.
Your walk with Jesus is real and growing, not something you're figuring out as you lead.
You understand and protect what makes Jesus Walkers what it is: free, judgment-free, faith-centered, and welcoming to every woman regardless of age or pace.
Same time, same place, week after week, because women are counting on it.
Ready when you are, sister.
